Q: How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
A: We will send you a confirmation email after you complete your reservation. This email will include the dates of your reservation and the price.

Q: Is the room rate per person or per room?
A: All rates are to be understood per room per night. Extra beds are subject to additional charges.

Q: What does the room rate include?
A: All rates are inclusive of VAT and taxes.

Q: Is there a garage in the hotel?
A: A parking space is provided for each car.

Q: How do I pay the hotel bill?
A: You may pay your bill in cash at the Reception desk.

Q: Which credit cards may I use?
A: No, we don't accept credit cards.

Q: Do you accept cheques?
A: No, we do not accept cheques.

Q: Does the hotel have minimum age requirements to book a room?
A: The hotel requires a minimum age of 18 in order to book a room.

Q: What is the check-in/check-out policy of the hotel?
A: Check-in is as of 2.00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 12.00 noon.

Q: May I request an early check-in or a late check-out?
A: An early check-in is subject to availability and you have to contact the Reception desk for confirmation. A late check-out is subject to additional charges.

Q: Is there a large bed in a single room?
A: There is a standard single bed in a single room. Single occupancy of a double room is subject to a different rate.

Q: What is the difference between a double and a twin room?
A: There is a large bed in a double room and there are two single beds in a twin room.

Q: Does the hotel allow pets?
A: Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms.
